By using ElevateCRM, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for account security, user access in your workspace, and the accuracy of data entered into the platform.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or violate applicable privacy and anti-spam laws.
4. Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown in the app. You can cancel according to the billing settings in your account.
5. Service availability
We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or third-party outages may affect availability.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, ElevateCRM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.
